Custom & Personalized Products

All custom or personalized products are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

Returns & Exchanges – Non-Custom Products

We accept returns and exchanges on all non-custom products.

Before placing your order, we strongly recommend reviewing product dimensions and sizing carefully to ensure the item fits your space and expectations.

Customers are responsible for:
