All products take 2–3 days to process before shipping. Shipping transit time is additional.

Flat $20 CAD local delivery per order anywhere in Calgary or Airdrie.

Collection artwork returns

Non-custom artwork can be returned. Customers pay return shipping and are responsible for ensuring the artwork arrives safely at our store. Contact us before returning your artwork so we can provide the return address and help you arrange a safe return.

Custom orders are final sale

Custom artwork is made for you and is final sale. Our shipping-damage replacement guarantee still applies to custom artwork.

Our safe-arrival guarantee

Your artwork will arrive safely, with mounting included. If it is damaged during shipping, we will replace it. Please contact us and give us a chance to make it right.

Shipping damage

If your artwork arrives damaged, contact sales@decorvibes.ca or text (204) 998-9227. Include your order number and photos of the artwork and packaging so we can arrange a replacement. Please give us a chance to fix it.
