  2. We contact you by email or phone to discuss editing, restoration or upscaling and send the proposed changes for approval.
  3. Once you approve the artwork, we print it, install the mounting and prepare it for shipping.

Please allow 2–3 days for production after you approve the artwork. Shipping transit time is additional.

Your artwork is edited and approved before printing

We edit your artwork first, including upscaling where needed, to achieve the highest quality possible from your photo. We will contact you by email or phone, show you the proposed changes and wait for your confirmation. We will only print after you approve the final artwork.

Custom artwork is non-refundable and final sale, subject to applicable consumer rights. Shipping damage is covered by our replacement guarantee. Mounting will be installed before shipping.

We will do our best to contact you several times. You must provide correct contact details and check your email, spam folder and voicemail. Decor Vibes is not responsible for delays caused by unanswered emails or phone calls. Your order will remain on hold until you approve the artwork.

We will edit your artwork and get your approval before printing. Local delivery is a flat $20 CAD per order anywhere in Calgary or Airdrie. Shipping and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
